Louis the Great Dane Fund

Hey friends,

My partner and I decided to  adopt this sweet Great Dane named Louis to keep our current Great Dane Zoe company. 
We saw a post on Facebook from a person who posted him on the Louisiana Great Dane group.
He told us this sweet pup was an indoor dog, well taken care of and healthy. However, that was far from the truth. Louis is missing part of his tail  and there is bone showing. He is also severely under weight for a Dane his age and has calluses on his elbows from being neglected.  At that moment we decided to take him to the vet ASAP. 

At the vet  we were told he tested positive for heart worms and his tail will need to be fixed with surgery. The estimate we got from the vet  was $2,000.00.
