So here it is people.

Those who know Kevin Charles Smith know a few important things. Kevin is honest. He is trustworthy and kind. He loves his kids to the moon and back.

He works harder than almost anyone else we know, working two, sometimes three jobs, to all hours to provide for his family. 

We know Kevin as one hell of a performer, both in acting and music. We also know Kevin's tremendous heart, sense of humor, and generosity. He makes us laugh and smile.

And there's this: if you are lucky enough to count yourself among his friends and you are in need, Kev has your back like no one else.  In short, Kevin Smith is one of the most quality people I know. 

Well, now it's time to have HIS back and give him YOUR support. Kevin rarely if ever asks for help, so I am doing it for him. 

Here's the potentially tough part: I can't share details. Most people want to know all the why of where their money is going.  But suffice to say, I can give you the what.

Kevin has done nothing wrong, but has been placed in a situation that will require the assistance of an attorney right away. This is beyond his monetary means. I am hoping his friends can help alleviate at least the cost of the retainer. We may need to increase this amount depending on his legal needs. If you know ME, you know I am also an honest person--and an attorney (not the one representing Kevin; if I could, I would, for free). Your money will go straight to helping Kevin.
