This fund is being set up in honor of the beloved Marcel Hall to benefit his daughter Kayedence Marcela Hall. Marcel was loved by everyone who knew him on his mail route in Belhaven and beyond. He was a light to anyone who came in contact with him. He will be surely missed in our day-to-day lives. Our hope is that these funds raised will help Kayedence in her financial needs as well as will be used for her education.
