What should have been the start to his 34 birthday, the beautiful summer weather, bonfires, friends and family ended in a tragic thrill seeking swim that would forever change the lifes of many that loved him.
On the early morning after his 34th birthday Jason (Junebug) Yoder embraced the first days of many beautiful, sunny, hot summer days. Like many other thrill seekers, Jason who has made these jumps several times would face his fate.
On May 30, 2018 Jason took a leap off of the Huron River bridge for what would have been a quick swim but cost him his life. Jason had a love for the outdoors, swimming, friends and family, including his long time girlfriend of 16 years Anna Pydyn, his 5 year old daughter Marianna who was his pride and joy, and they were preparing for a new addition, as they are expecting thier second child in December of 2018. Jason was one of the most selfless men that walked this earth. Jason was the life of a party, always energetic, and full of life and wouldnt hesitate to give you the shirt off his back. Anna is now being faced with having to break the horrific news to their daughter that daddy isn't coming home, that he won't be there for her first day of kindergarten etc...No task any mother should ever have to endure. She is now left with raising Marianna and their unborn child on her own, the tasks of working 2 part-time jobs, and all the financial stress of taking care of their house, utilities, burial expenses, and just the everyday tasks of life that she now has to face alone.
We are asking for help to relieve some of lifes burdens and stressors off Anna as she has to continue this lonely road without her partner, bestfriend and father of her children. All proceeds will go towards burial expenses, living expenses, and of course to those precious children
that will never be able to see, hug, hold their fathers hands and allow him to witness all of their milestones in life. If you could please find it in your heart to help out this beautiful, loving family it is greatly appreciated.
