Hi, my name is Patty, and my dad (aged 75) has recently been diagnosed with Relapsed CNS Lymphoma. After having battled colon cancer (and having his colon removed), and testicular lymphoma (and having his testicles removed), he is now facing cancer for the third time. This time, it has relapsed to the brain and spinal cord. It is an aggressive lymphoma that required immediate aggressive treatment. He entered the hospital this week and began a harsh regimen of chemo via IV and chemo thru a port in his skull. Because the tumor is in his brain, he has issues with memory, balance, rising and standing, and simply going to the bathroom. He has a bad knee on top of all of this which is in need of a knee replacement. Between his 7 cycles of chemo treatment, we need a caretaker to help him at home. It's not covered by insurance so we're having to pay out-of-pocket. Depending on the hours, I anticipate it costing close to $10,000. I'm hoping to get some help with the expenses thru this fund. There might also be additional medical expenses, so any little bit helps! Thank you!
