Most of you all know Ali and Casey Spann and their sweet Jack and Emery.  A few weeks ago, Jack was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation. This has caused him many major symotoms, such as severe headaches, hoarseness and nausea, just to name a few. The doctors have advised Casey and Ali that Jacks has progressed very rapidly, far beyond what is normal and his brain is resting on his C2 vertebrae and in his vocal cords. He is in need of surgery very soon! Jacks surgery is scheduled for December 21 and the surgery will be several hours and he will be in the hospital for a week after,  yes over Christmas!  The recovery time at home will also be substantial. To help with Casey and Ali's medical expenses and bills, we wanted to set up this to help them out with their expenses as well as anything else they might need during this time. We want to come together as their friends and family and support them through this hard time! Also, please keep this a secret as we do not want them to know what we are doing!
