I'm a fulltime illustrator/artist. I do primarily digital art, TTRPG assets and the like, but have had a hand in various physical projects as well, primarily painting and producing acrylic charms of various fandoms.
Over the past two months and a half I've dealt with harrowing experiences of grief regarding my pets, who suddenly fell ill either to cancer or heart related issues. I've lost two of my three soul babies, and am now grappling with their brother dealing with labored breathing and fluid on the abdomen. I have grown alongside these babies, and last I want to deal with is further grief in such a short timespan. If I can do something about it, I desperately want to.
Due to the compound grief, I have been burnt out trying to get through/get in work. I tried to get back into the swing of it, but happenstance after happenstance continued to kick me where it hurts.
Currently, I'm in need of making rent ($1047.57, after the 5th I accrue late fees) and Batman's first vet payment on the 5th ($84.95). Depending on scheduling, potentially the remainder for his echocardiogram I still need scheduled, which will come to about $700 (I have the $200 deposit that will go to that amount). I have backlog on therapy payments, but my therapist is flexible for the most part and understanding of my situation. (but obviously I want to pay her as she's been an incredible help)
Ultimately Batman is my priority, and last I'd want is issues with housing while going through these medical trials. I'm hoping for the best with his health, despite what I've been told. I'll only know further once I get him scheduled for diagnostics on whether his prognosis is truly poor or not.

I've got Batman tentatively set up for his echocardiogram on June 2nd, but I'm hoping to get him in sooner if they have any cancelations. I'll need to monitor him to make sure fluid doesn't return too quickly on his abdomen, and in the case of that to have the funds to get him drained again. I'm praying his appetite/thirst returns soon. Current supplements have him being a bit more vocal, and so far urination/defecation seem to still be okay, if minimal.
Any and all help is appreciated.
