Hi my name is Kelly and I live in Scripps Ranch Community and am a frequent visitor at Miramar Lake. Everyone knows and loved Louie as he is a staple of the Lake. He greets everyone but had a special friend named Mindy.

Louie was attacked by a coyote either Sunday evening or Monday morning ☹️

I want to raise money for a memorial fund in Louie's honor to be determined. 

He will never be forgotten
