My little brother, Kevin, is 11 years old. His liver is failing, and he is currently in intensive care at the hospital. He needs a liver transplant to save his life. He's lucky enough to be covered by Medicaid, but my mom has to stay with him in the hospital and can't work during this time. I'm asking for your help because my mom normally works two minimum wage jobs just to afford the rent. Any amount that you can contribute would mean the world to our family because it will bring peace of mind in a very difficult time. The money will go directly to my mom so she can focus on providing the best care for my brother and helping us provide transportation for possible donors to get to Connecticut for an evaluation.
