HELLO, friends and family. My RGNT (link below to learn more) cancer/tumor from when I was 12 has, unfortunately, returned. With that being said I’m reaching out in hopes of some help. So heres a breakdown of everything I've done during my stay:

6/22- Admission date

7/1- Removal of the tumor(craniotomy)

7/9- Tracheotomy (due to complications, my vocal cord and tongue became temp- paralyzed. This is to help me breath and to manage secretions so I don’t choke and make sure I don’t get a respiratory infection of any kind)

7/16- Peg tube is placed. Gotta eat somehow.

7/28- Tracheotomy is removed!!! I’m breathing and swallowing(somewhat) on my own!!

8/4- DISCHARGE DAY!! I’m finally home!

Since 8/4 I have been home with at home care. Still have a long road of recovery ahead but I’ve been told I’ve been making great progress!

UPDATE 01/19/26 since last update I was saved by my fiance I had stop breathing in my sleep been a wild time since last update I’m still fighting don’t you worry no insurance rn because all the government bullshit going still have speech problems. Still can’t eat or drink anything by mouth .

cant find a job money getting real tight. Hopefully this year with a surgery or two things will start looking up a lil bit more. Just trying to make it through this tuff part of my life hopefully y’all can make it a lil bit easier and quicker paying dr out of poket gets crazy after just one visit have a blessed day
