Fund Drue's Essential POTS Diagnostic Tests

Hello, my name Is Drue, and I am reaching out for your help to raise $1,200 to undergo essential diagnostic testing for Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS).

For quite some time now, I have been experiencing a range of debilitating symptoms, including dizziness, presyncope, rapid heartbeat, and chronic fatigue, elevated blood pressure, body heat regulation issues, blood pooling at lower extremities, etc. These symptoms have significantly impacted my quality of life, making daily activities a challenge. After a consultation with a dysautonomia specialist, it's come to our attention that I may have POTS, a condition that affects the autonomic nervous system and can severely impair one's ability to function.

Diagnosing POTS requires specific tests that are not covered by my insurance. These tests are critical for identifying the condition accurately and developing an effective treatment plan. The total estimated cost that my insurance won't be covering for the diagnostic testing is $1,200, which includes:

- Tilt Table Test

- Autonomic Function Tests

- Blood Volume Analysis

-Genetic testing for comorbid genetic mutations

-Mast Cell Activation Syndrome diagnostics

Receiving these tests is a crucial step towards improving my health and my quality of life. I've been unemployed for longer than I've wanted to be, and thankfully, I have a job that I will be starting by November or December of this year.
