Throughout my life I have always strived to become a great engineer and only now have I come across the opportunity to start to do so. My name is Donivan and I am a sophomore at Westlake High school. Recently I have been invited to the National Youth Leadership Forum: Engineering, this summer, where I will go to UCLA and be immersed in college life and able to learn from professors from UCLA, MIT, and George Mason University. This trip sadly isn't free so I'm starting this GoFundMe in order to pay for the remaining tuition and travel costs. The program itself is $4,500 plus travel money to get there and back. Any little bit you can give is a little bit that a 16 year old like me, doesn't have to pay my mom and grandma back.
