Hi, my name is Ciinderella Balthazar and I've been an independent & self-funded artist since 2018. I've poured everything I've ever made in my music and my team (producers, musicians, music video, marketing,...). It has been an incredible journey so far and I have loved every moment of it.
I come from a very humble family with parents on benefits and climbed every step of the ladder slowly but with a never ending passion for my craft.
The music industry is incredibly hard and expensive, and I have reached the point of asking my fans, friends and believers for support, to keep being able to do what I love, sharing and creating music.
I celebrated my first 1 million stream this year which converted in less than £4,000. My single "Voices" which was released alongside a multi-award winning video costed me over £7,500 + the cost of my single launch event & promotional campaign. There is a big disparity between the cost of making music and the revenue we as musicians get from releasing it.
My debut EP will consist of 6 original songs. My songs are being recorded in London & Malta and mixed and mastered in London at Abbey Road Studios & Metropolis Studios. I am working with several venue promoters to secure gigs all around the UK and Europe (London, Manchester, Liverpool, Paris, Brussels, Madrid, Milan, etc...) with upfront cost to secure musicians, photographers, engineers, flights, accommodation, radio pluggers,...
I've made a breakdown for some of the cost to make this EP as succesful as possible in this very competitive industry with the best team possible without compromising on quality:

Publicist for 3 months campaign = £3,000

The funds raised will help with the finalisation of my debut EP, the marketing, pay my musicians for recordings and rehearsals fairly, pay for rehearsal spaces, advance the cost of the tour.
