Collin has an amazing opportunity this year — a 10-day culinary study program in France with his culinary school. The itinerary includes the French Riviera, Avignon, Lyon (the culinary capital of France!), Reims, and Paris. It’s an immersive program designed to give students hands-on experience with regional French cuisine, markets, chefs, and culinary traditions.

For a young chef, this is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. He’ll be participating in cooking lessons taught by local chefs, exploring French food culture, visiting historic markets, and learning professional techniques that will shape his future career in the culinary world.

But the cost of the program is more than we can manage alone.

We’re hoping to raise $6,000 to help cover the program fee, travel insurance, meals not included in the itinerary, and some basic personal expenses while he’s abroad.

Collin is passionate about culinary arts, dedicated to his education, and excited for the chance to learn directly from chefs in the very place where so much of modern cuisine began.
