On the morning of Monday February 16th, just four days after celebrating his son’s first birthday, Cole suffered a devastating fall at work that left him critically injured. Thanks to the quick actions of his parents and coworkers, Cole was kept alive until emergency responders arrived, and he was airlifted by helicopter to the hospital, where he remains in the ICU in an induced coma.

Cole is currently fighting through extensive injuries, including eight broken ribs, three skull fractures, multiple brain bleeds, and a fractured vertebra. As such, his road to recovery will be extensive.

Cole provides a significant portion of his family’s income through his work as a carpenter. At this time, it is uncertain when, or if, Cole will be able to return to work. Additionally, his wife, Brooklyn, is staying by his side at the hospital while also caring for their one year old son. It is unclear when she will be able to return to work as well.

During this difficult time, we are humbly asking for your support. Donations will go towards medical expenses, medications, specialized equipment, physical therapy, and other ongoing rehabilitation costs. Funds will also help cover essential household expenses including daycare and daily living needs as his family navigates this chapter.
