Fund Cheryl's Sanctuary for Rescued Cats
Donation protected
My name is Cheryl and I am finally the true crazy cat lady I was always destined to become. I graduated from Moorpark College in 2016 with a degree in exotic animal training and management, and I have mostly worked with exotic animals since then, including lions, tigers, and bears (oh my!) With my degree in hand, proper animal care in mind, and the cat distribution system blessing me time and time again, I have rescued a number of cats in hopes to get them adopted out or given to a true rescue. While I was able to get a few adopted out, most are still here. I have enough space for them, but with food and litter costing upwards of $200 a week (and oh the vet care bills! ), I am struggling here! Rescues and shelters are all full, I have contacted so many for help, but none could help with placement for these cats. So what's a crazy cat lady to do?! Start my own sanctuary here! I desperately need help with the legal startup costs (filing 501c3, setting up a website, etc.) and some vet bills. Please donate whatever you can so I can give these cats a purrmanent safe space. Thank you!
