Fund Cheryl’s HOSA and DECA Nationals Journey

Hi, my name is Cheryl, and I'm a senior in High School. After competing and winning 2nd and 3rd place in HOSA and DECA Statewide Competitions, I’ve been given an incredible opportunity to travel and compete at the National level! Attending their national conferences and representing my school is a huge honor.

In DECA, I presented a business concept of an environmentally friendly battery, which is manufactured using recycled cobalt, iron, and zinc. This plan helped me win the state-level competition for the innovation plan category.

In HOSA I won the state-level two consecutive years: 2024 and 2025. First, with a medical innovation plan of an infection identifying bandaid, and second by presenting my interview skills.

DECA set to take place in April 2025 in Orlando Florida. HOSA will be held in June in Nashville, Tennessee. I will be traveling along with my school to participate in my competitive events there!

However, attending these events comes with significant costs, including travel, lodging, and registration fees. I’m reaching out to friends, family, and kind-hearted people like you to help me cover the expenses for this amazing opportunity!
