Hello my name is Avalene, I’m a trans woman looking for some assistance with upcoming medical expenses. I’m currently in Thailand about to get a surgery on May 7th to get my Adams apple shaved, something that has triggered my dysphoria for the last 4 years. Since it was getting riskier to get the surgery in the states, i canceled it and came to Thailand to have the surgery but didn’t account for this unexpected exspense.
