Dear Unit Owners of CCX,


With all the recent issues we are facing with the current board and the management as to how our building it being run, we all recognize a change is absolutely necessary, for the betterment of our building and community. 


It’s absurd and very sad to know that a concerned and affected homeowner, is being accused and silenced by our board and the association attorney with a cease and desist notice. This could be anyone of us in the future.


Sam and the board members are making it as difficult as possible for us to be heard. It’s imperative that we work with a legal representative who can assist us through the critical steps and help prepare us for the upcoming special meeting on July 25th. 
We have less than two weeks to contact all the unit owners, to raise awareness, and to have the necessary votes secured for the special meeting.
The purpose of working with an legal counsel is NOT to sue by any means, we simply need help getting to the finish line. 
The financial management of our building has been atrocious. The building reserves are depleting at a deeply concerning rate and show no signs of stopping. 
Whether this is your investment or your home, we are all in this together. Please, please help ensure the future of this building because if it goes down we will all go down with it. 


We request all homeowners to contribute any amount they feel comfortable to help pay for the legal services that is needed.
