Hi, this is Artemis. Ever since we adopted her 7 months ago, she has been having bladder issues. After months of tests, medications, and an exploratory surgery, we finally have an answer to why she's been leaking urine and blood. She was diagnosed with an ectopic ureter, which is when the ureter is connected to the urethra rather than the bladder. With surgery, she should no longer have any more issues. Unfortunately, the vet believes she will need two surgeries, each being $5,000. Any donation big or small will help tremendously in allowing us to afford this surgery for our sweet girl.
