Fund Anthony's Cochlear Implant Treatment

Our wonderful co-worker Anthony has had to have surgery for his hearing. He had the surgery, but to be able to finish the treatment he needs to pay out of pocket for his cochlear implant device. This device allows Anthony to be able to hear the sound waves and be able to hear everything around him. Please any little bit will help. Anthony is a hard worker and takes care of his two grandchildren and has two daughters and one son who try to help where they can, but Anthony is the breadwinner of the family and has done so much for his family and for our dialysis community.
