ኣብ ስእሊ እንርእዮ ዘለና ወዲ 4 ዓመት ህጻን እሎኒኣብ ዮኤል ጉርጃ ዝበሃል ተወላዲ ዓዲ ሓሙሽተ ንኡስ ዞባ ጋላ-ነፍሒ ዞባ ማእከል ኢዩ። እዚ ህጻን'ዚ ካብ ዝውለድ ኣትሒዙ ብኸቢድ ናይ ልቢ ሕማም ክሳቕ ጸኒሑን ኣሎን። ናይዚ ህጻን ሕማም "cyanotic congenital heart disease" ዝበሃል ኮይኑ ብሰንኪ ኣብ መንጎ ጸጋመይትን የማነትን ክፋላት ልቢ ከፋት/ቀዳድ ብምፍጣሩ፡ ጽሩይን ረሳሕ ደም ይተሓዋወስ እሞ ኣካላትና ክረክቦ ዝግብኦ እኹል መጠን ኦክስጅን ኣዝዩ ይውሕድ። በዚ ምኽንያት እዚ ህጻን ብከቢድ ድኻም፡ ሕጽረት ምስትንፋስ፡ ምጽላም ከናፍርን ቆርበትን ካልእን ይሳቐ ኣሎ።

ንቡር ኣካላዊ ዕብየትን ኣእምራኣዊ ምዕባለን ከይዝሕትል ከምዚ ዓይነት ሕማም ዘለዎም ህጻናት ኣብ መጀመርያ 3 - 6 ወርሒ ዘሎ ዕድሚኦም ብመጥባሕቲ ክዕረየሎም ኣለዎ።

ካብ ቀንዲ ምልክታት ናይዚ ሕማም'ዚ ሕጽረት ምስትንፋስ ኢዩ። ሓደ ሰብ እስትፋስ ሕጽረት ኣለዎ እንተኢልና ዋላ ሓንቲ ክገብር ዘይክእል ኣብ ጥቓ ሞት ዘሎ ማለት ኢዩ። እዚ ህጻን ካብ ዝውለድ ኣትሒዙ ካብ ሕክምና ክሳብ ሕጂ ኣይተፈለየን። ብርቱዕ ድኻም ስለዘለዎ መግቢ ብግቡእ ክወስድ ኣይክእልን፡ ዝበዝሕ ግዜ ብኣፍንጭኡ ኣቢሉ ናብ ከስዐ ዝኣቱ ቱቦ ( feeding tube ) ገይሩ ኢዩ መግቢ ዝወስድ። ከም ሳዕቤኑ ድማ ኣካላዊ ዕብየትን ምዕባለን ናይዚ ህጻን ኣዝዩ ንድሕሪት ተጎቲቱ። ወዲ 4 ዓመት ክነሱ ክብደቱ/ሚዛኑ 10 ኪሎ ጥራይ ኢዩ። ካልእ ኣብዚ ዕድመ'ዚ ዝጎየሉን ከም ኩሎም ሕጻናት መጻኢ ሂወቱ ዝሃንጸሉ ትምህርቲ ክጅምርስ ይትረፍ እግሪ'ውን ኣይተኸለን ዘሎ።

ብተወሳኺ ምቅይያር ኩነታት ኣየር ኣብ ሂወት ናይዚ ህጻን ዓቢ ጽቕጢ ኢዩ ዝፈጥር ንኣብነት ዛሕሊ ወይ ሙቐት ክብርትዕ ከሎ፡ ክምኡ'ውን ግመ ጣቓ ክኸውን ከሎ ሕማሙ ኣዝዩ ይገድድ ኣዝዩ ይዕበስ።

እዚ ህጻን ኣብ ሃገርና ብዘሎ ሕክምናዊ ኣገልግሎት ካብ መሰረታዊ ክንክን ሓሊፉ ነባሪ ፍታሕ ዘምጽእ ስለዘይኮነ፡ ሃገራዊ ቦርድ ሕክምና ኣብ ወጻኢ ሃገር ከይዱ ክሕከም ፈቒደምሉ ኣለው። እንተኾነ እቲ ንመሐከሚኡ ዘድሊ ወጻኢታት ካብ ዓቕመይ ንላዕሊ ኢዩ። ኣነ ኣባል ሃገራዊ ኣገልግሎት ኢየ። ኣብ ርእሲ እዚ ሕሙም'ውን ካልኦት ክልተ ህጻውንቲ ኣለውኒ። ስለዚ ኩልኹም ክቡራት ኣሕዋተይ ኣሓተይን ዓዓቕምኹም ክትሕጉዙኒ ንትሕትና ይሓትት።

Aloniab Yoel Gurja is a 4-year-old boy suffering from Cyanotic Congenital heart disease that is present at birth.

Cyanosis is the bluish discolouration of extremities seen in a child with slightly purple lips and fingertips due to lack of oxygen. This condition can lead to growth retardation, poor overall development, and delayed psychomotor development in the child. Rapid intervention is necessary.

The treatment will involve unclogging: first, opening and lifting the narrowing of the pulmonary valve so that blood can circulate normally. This allows the blood to release carbon dioxide and receive oxygen in the lungs. This is the first step, and simultaneously, closing the communication between the 2 ventricles, which shouldn't exist under normal circumstances.

To do this, Aloniab must be evacuated and treated in a hospital equipped with the capacity and skilled personnel to perform this kind of complicated heart surgery. A specialised team for treating this condition has been found in Germany.
