Help Support Her Dream of Becoming a Veterinarian
Hi everyone,
I’m fundraising for future Dr. Alma Diaz, who is beginning her journey at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Becoming a veterinarian has been her dream for as long as I’ve known her and long before that.
Since her undergraduate years, she has dedicated her life to veterinary medicine, studying, training, and working hands-on to make a difference in the lives of animals and the people who care for them.
Over the last three years, she has worked as a veterinary technician under multiple doctors, gaining an incredible breadth of experience. Her skills include:
• Assisting in surgery rooms
• Handling typical clinic patients with compassion and professionalism
• Managing clinic operations
• Mastering catheter placement and other essential medical skills
These experiences have prepared her for the rigorous road ahead in vet school. She’s proven time and time again that she has the passion, talent, and determination to become an outstanding veterinarian.
Why We’re Asking for Help
Veterinary school is both an exciting opportunity and a major financial challenge. Tuition, travel, housing, supplies, and living costs add up quickly, especially at a school located outside the U.S. While she is doing everything she can to save and plan, the financial burden is heavy.
Your support would help cover:
• Tuition and educational fees
• Housing and basic living expenses
• Required medical equipment and textbooks
• Travel costs to and from Ross University
Every Contribution Makes a Difference
If you’re able to donate, share this page, or simply send good wishes, it means more than you know. Alma really appreciates just a nice message, either here, Instagram, or a little letter. Supporting her is supporting a future veterinarian who will spend her life helping animals, comforting families, and giving back to her community. You can also think of it as funding for all the “quick questions” you will have in the future ;)
Thank you for taking the time to read her story (from Arthur’s perspective) and for believing in her dream. ❤️
