My name is Alfredo, and I've been cooking authentic Dominican meals—rich in Latin flavor—for my family and friends for years. After receiving countless compliments and ongoing encouragement, I've decided it's time to take a leap of faith and turn my passion for cooking into something more: a business I can share with all of you.

There's no better place for me to start than right here in Northern Virginia, in the heart of Loudoun County.

To launch this dream the right way—legally, safely, and with the quality you deserve—I'm asking for your support. I'm currently raising funds to help cover the essential start-up costs, including:

A certified kitchen (in the form of a food truck), fresh ingredients, packaging materials, and licenses and permits. With your help, I can bring this vision to life: a mobile kitchen that serves delicious, Dominican food—that I know will bring people together from all around the DMV, and one day, across the U.S. Because nothing unites us more than a good meal.
