My name is Ulysses Secrest, I go by Aerarius online, I’m an artist who makes wearable and kinetic sculpture, along with jewelry, and other metalworking projects. I inherited a duplex from my parents and am currently working to fix the place up, use it as my studio, and have rooms available for clients to stay and have pieces made for a perfect fit. I’m asking for money to help in the renovations, to help cover the costs of owning this house, and to ease the stresses of the past year, particularly with rising metal prices. I’m wanting to not only use this space to house clients, and to bring the outside to where I am, but also to invigorate the local artistic community.
