Overview:

In April of 2026, AccelerateATX competed at the STEM Racing U.S. National Finals, placing 2nd and qualifying for the World Finals for the first time! The purpose of this GoFundMe is to help raise funds to cover travel, lodging, and competition expenses when we attend the World Finals in Singapore in October 2026.

Who We Are:

We are a group of high school students ranging from freshmen to seniors, all with a shared passion for Formula 1 (F1), motorsport, or STEM. We are coming into our fourth year as a STEM Racing team. As part of the competition, members work together to design a model F1 car and brand, and develop a strong media presence just like a real F1 team. We are an independent team, meaning unlike many STEM Racing teams, we are not school-supported and have to conduct all of our fundraising on our own.

Why We Need Your Help:

We started this team out with a passion for Formula 1 racing and a dream to showcase our engineering and design capabilities on an international stage. We’ve gotten past many obstacles to get to where we are and we are so excited to represent the USA on the world stage! But in order to do so, we need funds to support the team's travel, lodging, and expenses while competing. We are working to gain multiple sponsors, but will need as much support as possible to reduce paying for our expenses out of pocket.

How Your Donation Will Make a Difference:

Your contribution will directly impact the success of our team, helping us make a strong showing at the World Finals. Also, having to spend less time on fundraising and searching for sponsors will increase the time we can spend on iterative engineering, project management, and building our brand.
