As some of you may already know, Ceca has struggled with serious systemic symptoms for over a year now.

Countless appointments, myriad tests, and more than a dozen hospital stays have brought neither answers nor relief.

She has fought hard to be heard and seen, whilst facing disabling illness and being passed from department to department (and sometimes back again). Each time it is as if she is a new patient and there appears to be sadly little oversight of the trajectory and continuity of symptoms throughout the last year.

This struggle is really wearing her down.

Having exhausted every option in the NHS we are looking to try and raise some funds to enable Ceca to be seen privately, so someone can take the time to go through the full case, and recommend next steps. The end goal is to discover what the cause of these symptoms has been, so Ceca can undertake the right treatments.

We need our Ceca back, and most of all Milan needs his mum back.
