Brigantine Mayor Andy Simpson passed away on August 24th after battling kidney disease for several years.  He was an active member of the Brigantine Lion's Club.  We feel that funding the training of a Seeing Eye Dog would be a meaningful way to honor his memory.  We would like to name the puppy Andy.
