Fund a Final Visit to a Dear Friend

Hello family and friends. I have set up this GoFundMe account to raise $400 so I can hire a wheelchair van to pick me up at my rehab facility in Lee, MA and travel to Albany, NY St. Peter's Hospital to visit my best friend, maybe for the last time, as he battles Stage 4 Lung Cancer. He's not doing well and I would do anything to say goodbye for being such a good, faithful friend for the past 30 years. I know in my heart he would do this for me. I just want the time to say goodbye, cry a lot while thinking of all the good times we had.

So PLEASE, if you have some money to contribute, do so as it means so very much to me.

I don't make this a habit but really need your help.

What I am asking for will cover the round trip wheelchair van transportation and 1 hour of visiting time. Out of respect for privacy, I will only tell you who my friend is in private.
