Full Spectrum Healing Arts is an organization dedicated to Mind Body awareness and connection for both adults and children. Obesity, diabetes, and debilitating diseases caused by stress, anxiety and depression are considered to be at epidemic levels in the United States.

 

Information, support, programs and guidance are needed NOW more than ever to change the trajectory of future generations. FSHA.org has developed foundational tools to create and sustain optimal physical health, mental wellness, and emotional regulation.

 

We offer a series of courses, weekend immersion programs, effective wellness tools and classes with measurable results. *With 28 years experience in the health and wellness field, teaching, and serving the community."

 

We are partnering with OBPT, and others, to raise additional monies to provide these services to Adults & Children who do not have the necessary support in their community. Your donation will help to continue to fund the program in the North Florida Region.
