Hi, my name is Tania,

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of the passing of my grandmother Fulgencia. She, unfortunately, passed away on January 9, 2024. She leaves us with endless amounts of memories that we will cherish for many years to come. In these challenging times, we turn to our family and friends in helping us honor her life and in easing the burden on our loved ones. She was not only one of our cherished loved ones but an individual who filled our lives with love, joy, laughter, and happiness. She touched the hearts of many with whom she shared laughter, words of encouragement, and food.

She was not only just my grandmother but a mother, great-grandmother, aunt, sister, and a cherished person within our community who showed nothing but love and kindness to all the individuals she interacted with.

As we come to celebrate her life we are faced with practical challenges. I created this Gofundme page to invite you to contribute to her memorial fund, in support of covering funeral expenses, financial obligations, and fulfilling her wish to go back to her homeland in Huatulco Oaxaca, Mexico where it will be her final resting place. We understand these are uncertain times for many, and any contribution big or small, will make a significant impact. Your support whether it be contributing financially, emotionally, or just sharing this post and spreading the word to others will be beyond recognized and appreciated.

In these moments of grief, we find comfort and love within our community and loved ones. Let us come together to celebrate the life of someone who meant so much to us.
