My name is Michelle and I am raising funds for my beautiful niece, Kailey. In February of last year, Kailey underwent a craniotomy to remove a brain tumor. In late March of 2024, we got the pathology back and she was diagnosed with a very rare and incurable brain cancer. Kailey has been fighting so hard, undergoing radiation, chemo, and immunotherapy in the hopes of extending the 20 months they have given her. In her words, “Life is precious and I’m going to fight like hell to stay here as long as I can.”

It is Kailey's deepest desire to travel to beautiful places and spend time with loved ones. Many have asked how they can help and although Kailey was hesitant, I am setting up this GoFundMe as a way for friends and family to help her travel without worrying about money. Any unused funds will go towards Kailey's goal to finish getting her degree in psychology which she had been close to finishing before her diagnosis.
