Fulfilling Jim's last wish
Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Hearts,
It is with a heavy heart that I share this message with you today. Our beloved Jim has been diagnosed with terminal cancer, and the doctors have given him only months to live.
As Jim's friend, I have watched him face this diagnosis with unwavering courage and grace, just as he did through previous life experiences of being paralyzed, having a double lung transplant and a heart bypass, the loss of two internal organs and his ear. Throughout his life, Jim has brought so much love, joy, and light into our lives and into the lives of everyone he meets. Now, in his final days, he holds onto one last dream - to take a honeymoon trip to Hawaii with Maryanne, his beloved partner and wife of 14 years.
Hawaii has always been a dream destination for them, and they both long to create precious memories and spend quality time with each other in the breathtaking beauty of the islands.
However, the financial strain of medical bills and treatments has left Jim and Maryanne unable to afford this final journey on their own. That's why I'm reaching out to you, our extended family and friends, in the hopes that we can come together to make this dream a reality.
Your generous contributions will help cover the costs of flights, accommodations, meals, and other expenses associated with this trip. No donation is too small, and every contribution will make a meaningful difference in allowing them to experience this moment of joy and peace together.
For those of you who know Jim, you understand his strength, resilience, and boundless love for life and for helping others. Despite the pain and uncertainty, he continues to inspire us with his unwavering spirit and love.
Please join me in supporting these two wonderful humans during this difficult time and give them the gift of cherished memories and moments of happiness as time grows short.
Thank you, from the depths of my heart, for your love, support, and generosity.
With love and gratitude,
Donna
