Hello, my name is Chanel Smith. On behalf of the Smith Family, it is with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes that I come here to say my mother Lola Smith has passed away at age 60. For the majority of my life my mother was chronically ill and disabled in and out of doctors' offices. The past few years her health became worse so I took on the responsibility and moved my mother into my home with my fiancé and our 3 kids so I could be her in-home caregiver. Her passing came as a surprise considering she was just released from the hospital, we had no time to prepare, and our only wish is to fulfill her last wishes of a cremation.
