We are heartbroken to share that our dear friend, Daniel Elmes, tragically lost his life in a motorbike accident at the age of 34. He was a kind, compassionate, and talented man, known for his gentle soul, his love of theatre, and his unwavering passion for cars and motorbikes.

Dan had recently begun turning a new chapter in his life. After battling mental health challenges for many years, he had started to find his feet again — securing a new theatre contract and preparing to go on tour this September. He was hopeful, excited, and finally feeling a sense of purpose. Life was beginning to fall into place.

Dan was a true petrolhead. He’d ridden motorbikes his whole life, but just last month, he proudly passed his driving test on his first try. He bought his first car — a blue Audi TT, which he lovingly named "The Blue Devil." His dream? To fix it up and one day take it to the Nürburgring — a legendary track that captured his imagination and spirit.

Tragically, that dream was cut short far too soon.

In his memory, Dan’s friends have come together with one goal: to complete what he started. We want to restore The Blue Devil and take it to the Nürburgring, just as he dreamed. This journey will not only honour Dan’s life and passion, but it will also raise awareness for mental health — something he fought through every single day with bravery and resilience.
