Arami Team Relief Fund

Many of us, in the restaurant industry and beyond, feel as if we woke up in a different world this week. While every safety precaution can be met, as a city, COVID-19 is a challenge we must ALL face. Governor Pritzker announced last Sunday that restaurants and bars must be closed through April 7th. Arami has had to layoff their entire staff this week. They have filed for unemployment  and are now at home, but as many of you may know, unemployment benefits may not cover the cost of living in this beautiful city of ours. 

We are asking you to support our staff in this uncertain time and in return we will provide you with a weekly newsletter with recipes for some of your favorite items at Arami. In addition, we will provide you with a VIP pass card to get a free glass of Arami's very own sake Ichi No Torri when we return.
