As you can imagine the news of my brother’s murder has been devastating. The family would like for Nate to be laid to rest properly and with respect. As we are still processing and waiting for all the answers, I had made a go fund me so that family and friends can collect the funds for a memorial and funeral.

On January 11th my brother Nate was released from prison with no parole or probation; he was a completely free man. Nate was sober, happy and hopeful for a better life and future. He had plans to stay clean and have a fresh start on a new life. shortly after he was picked him up, this was all ripped away from him.

On January 11th he was picked up by his friend Douglas Harvey. Douglas spoke with Nate during his time in prison, even keeping money on his books for him. Nate never came home. If it wasn’t for Nate’s amazing friend Angela, no one would know what happened. We are so thankful for her determination, dedication and her on going pursuit in finding out the truth.

On January 21st a missing persons report was submitted.

On January 22nd Nate’s body was found and Doug was charged with aggravated Murder. This was Premeditated.

We are still waiting for the autopsy report and to speak with the police and investigators. So please do not spread any misinformation that has not been confirmed. There are a lot of nasty horrific stories that are currently circulating. Have respect for our grieving family please.
