Help Me Recover

So recently I suffered from a T.I.A “minor stroke”, and due to this unexpected illness, I’ve been put out of work temporarily. Until the approval for my Disability is processed, I will be left without much income. Being at the age of 29 and still so young, it’s been difficult to cope with this sudden indisposition, and I’m asking for your help.
