If you’ve been part of Calgary football over the past 10 years, you’ve probably seen D’Angelo out on the field. He’s a proud member of the Calgary Cowboys, the Ernest Manning Griffins, and is a significant part of the RAW Sports family — and he's brought more than just talent to every team he's played for. D’Angelo has had tremendous success as a player, but it’s his character that truly sets him apart. He is the kind of teammate who leads by example, lifts others up, and plays with grit, determination and resilience.

Recently, D’Angelo and his family received news that his health has taken an unexpected turn. He’s now preparing for another round of treatment as his brain cancer has returned. The next step involves traveling to Florida for a specialized radiation therapy that isn’t available in Canada.

D'Angelo is leaning into his resilience now more than ever. As a football community, we’re coming together to support him and his family — to help ease the financial pressure of travel, time off work, and everything else that comes with stepping away from daily life to focus on healing.
