Hello everyone, I’m Damien Anderson, and for over two decades, the guitar hasn't just been an instrument—it's been my voice, my solace, and my lifelong passion.

Like many musicians, I’ve dreamed of sharing the immense joy and power of music with others. And over the past 3 years I have. At my home studio in Howdon, Wallsend. With a guitar in my hand and passion in my heart, I have guided over 70 students on their musical journey. From simple melodies and chords to complex rhythms and advance technique focus, each student have flourished in their individual musical journey.

Now, I’m ready to turn that dream into a reality by launching Anderson Guitar Tuition (AGT) Studio with a dedicated, high-quality music school focused exclusively on unlocking the potential of guitarists in Newcastle upon Tyne and North Tyneside.

This campaign is about more than just starting a business; it’s about building a creative sanctuary where inspiration, quality instruction, and modern teaching technology converge.

In today's fast-paced world, learning music needs to be engaging, personalized, and effective. AGT will offer a comprehensive curriculum for all ages and skill levels, from the absolute beginner picking up their first acoustic to the experienced player mastering advanced theory.

The Breakdown: Where Your Support Goes

Launching a dedicated teaching studio requires more than just an instrument and a chair. Your generous contributions will directly cover the essential start-up costs needed to transform an empty room into a fully functional and inspiring learning environment.

Studio Build Out: Essential renovations, materials for reception and waiting areas, and comfortable student seating. £1140

Essential Gear: High-quality multi-fx pedals from Valeton, a starter library of instruments for student use, and quality cables. £1500

Small Retail: Guitar accessories available for purchase to student and public, including strings, picks, guitar maintenance and guitar notation £500

Initial Overheads: First month’s rent, insurance, and professional marketing materials to attract our first students. £860
