The Vision Behind "Roasted 'N Toasted"

"Roasted 'N Toasted" isn’t just a food van; it’s a lifeline. Our community is full of amazing people who’ve been through tough times—whether it’s battling mental health challenges, overcoming addiction, or just struggling to find steady work. These are the people I want to help. They’re often overlooked, and because of their history or current circumstances, they’re shut out from opportunities that could give them the sense of purpose and belonging they desperately need.

My goal with "Roasted 'N Toasted" is simple: to provide not just a job, but a fresh start for those who have been sidelined by society. The food van will be a place where they can regain their confidence, learn new skills, and most importantly, become part of something bigger than themselves. Every cup of coffee we serve, every sandwich we grill, will have a deeper meaning because it will be made by someone who is rebuilding their life.

Why This Matters to Me

I know what it’s like to face hard times. My life has been filled with challenges that could have broken me, but instead, they’ve fueled my passion for helping others. I’ve walked in the shoes of those who feel like the world has given up on them. That’s why I’m so determined to make "Roasted 'N Toasted" a reality. I want to use my experiences to empower others and show them that they can turn their lives around too.

The Challenge

Here’s the thing—I have the drive, the passion, and the vision, but I don’t have the funds to get this off the ground. Starting a food van business isn’t cheap. From buying the van to getting all the necessary licenses, stocking up on ingredients, and making sure everything is up to code, the costs add up quickly. I’ve found a great deal on a food van trailer, but I need your help to make this dream come true.

With your support, I can cover the initial costs like the food van hire, registrations, ingredients, and getting the van on the road. The first goal is to raise $85,000 to get "Roasted 'N Toasted" rolling, and then we’ll be looking to secure more funding and grants to take this mission even further.
