My Story

My name is Waymon Kinley, and I’ve spent nearly two decades in leadership roles within the food industry, starting at just 17 years old. Now at 36, my passion for both people and food has only grown stronger. Throughout my career, I’ve made it a point to give back—whether through charities, community events, or simply asking my peers, “What can we do to get the community involved?”

Currently, I serve as the General Manager at Mojo Car Wash, but I’m also taking steps to launch my own business—one where I can be the face of the brand and directly pour into the community I’ve always loved serving. My concept blends the richness of Italian cuisine with the comfort of soulful cooking, a style I’ve perfected from years in the chicken business.

What I offer is something different: chicken infused prepared with bold herbs, fragrant flavors, and sauces that enhance rather than overpower. It’s a twist on tradition designed to bring people together over food that feels both familiar and fresh.
