Sunday Dinner: A Film on Community and Identity

Hi, my name is Tre and I'm a student producing my thesis film, and I'm raising funds to make this dream come true.

I'm at the end of my journey at film school, and I want to start off my film career with a film that reflects a lot of us but also focuses on representation within my community.

This film is about what it feels like in a Black family and all the nuances that come with that, while diving into the queer community and how these intersections cross.

I'm raising funds to feed my cast & crew as they're doing this out of their time, but also raising funds for the wardrobe, props, and post-production effects like music and editing .

I want to make this film come true because it is a passion project that reflects what a lot of people go through being a person of color or when coming out. Making films for me is about reflecting reality and community while adding comedy to the situation.
