Fuel the Story: Help Us Feed Our Film Team

Filmmaking is a powerful act of collaboration. Behind every moment on screen is a team of passionate artists giving their time, energy, and creativity to bring a story to life.

We are currently in production on our short film, “Time to Develop,” a project driven by dedication, growth, and the belief that meaningful stories deserve to be told. Production begins Monday, March 16th (Spring Break), when nearly 50–60 cast and crew members will come together across six full shooting days to bring this story to life.

While many of our cast and crew members are students, volunteering their talents, one of our top priorities is making sure they are properly cared for during long production days. Providing meals is more than just a logistical need, it is a way of honoring their commitment and creating a professional, supportive working environment.

As working artists, we believe people should never have to choose between creating meaningful art and being cared for on set.

Your support will go directly toward feeding the hardworking individuals who are helping make this film possible. From early call times to late-night shoots, a well-fed team stays energized, focused, and safe.

Our Goal: $7,000

With a team of approximately 50–60 artists working across 6 production days, we are budgeting at a strong independent film standard of $20–$22 per person per day to provide:
• Breakfast items
• Lunch
• Craft services (snacks, water, coffee)
• Basic on-set hospitality

Budget Breakdown:
• 50–60 people per day
• $20–$22 per person
• 6 shooting days

This places our total food and hospitality budget between $6,000–$7,920, and our goal of $7,000 allows us to responsibly care for the team while accounting for dietary needs and unexpected production costs.

Every contribution — no matter the size — becomes part of the foundation that allows independent artists to create meaningful work.

By donating, you are not just providing food. You are supporting emerging filmmakers, uplifting artists, and becoming part of the storytelling process.

If you are unable to give, sharing this campaign with others is equally impactful.

Thank you for believing in independent film and in the community that makes it possible.
