As many of you have watched over the years Justin and Jasmine Mingo have been very involved in their Karate Community and traveled all across the US competing and representing their respective schools. This year in 2024 we decided to allow them to compete internationally based on their hard work and community service and they qualified on June 8th in Detroit to go to Portugal. Jasmine will be competing in Chinese Forms and Sparring. Justin will be competing in Sparring. Below is a video clip to support their journey.

Jasmine -
- 3.7 GPA, currently in 11th Grade and Dual Enrollment - College
- Community Service: Feed the Homeless, Breast Cancer and MLK Parades, Karate Demonstrations
- Tutors Students after school free of charge
- Teach Karate to children ages 3 - 10yrs
- Trains for Karate 3 - 4 days a week
- Volleyball Player - High School and Club
- Hobbies: Reading, Crocheting
Justin -
- 1st year college student at Kennesaw State, major - Mechanical Engineering
- 3.0 GPA
- Leads Special Needs Karate Program including Community Activities
- Community Service: feeding the homeless, Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, MLK Parade
- Karate Instructor for 90+ Students
- Trains 5 days a week for Karate
- 1st Degree Blackbelt
- Hobbies: Video Gaming, Karate, Watching Movies and spending time with his dog
