Hi Family, Friends, and Las Vegas Foodies,

Hope this letter finds you well! I’m reaching out with some fantastic news and a heartfelt request.

After 3 years of searching, we’ve been presented with a fantastic opportunity to secure a spot for Smokin’ Good Bistro and Deli at the historic Rum Runner Bar & Grill off Boulder Hwy—a Las Vegas staple for over 80 years.

But to make this dream a reality, we need a little help from our community—that’s you!

Imagine our full line of beloved food, including New Mexico Frito Pies and our new Smokin' Cherry Pepsi BBQ Sandwich (yep, the one featured in the Taste of NFL for Super Bowl 2024), in Sin City!

It's been a thrilling journey since we started in Rio Rancho back in 2019, and none of this would have been possible without your incredible support. Now as we're gearing up to take this next big step, we find ourselves needing to do a bit more fundraising.

We're aiming to raise $21,000 to cover the new set-up costs and trust me, every little bit helps!

Consider donating in multiples of “Smokin’ Lucky $21” to bring good luck to our venture.

Here’s what your generosity will bring you:

- $21 or more: Receive a lucky Gold & Silver State Cookie, crafted by Chef Smokin' Good himself from his special freshly ground peanut and chocolate chip recipe, gluten free..

- $100 or more: Get a 2oz sample of our signature Smokin' Good Rub along with a special recipe from Chef Paula Marie.

- $500 or more: Enjoy a 12-month subscription to your choice of our gourmet homemade treats—Hot New Mexico Peanut Brittle, Granola Love Hearts, or homemade Tortillas.

- $1000 or more: We'll throw an Authentic New Mexican Fiesta Party for 8, featuring all your favorites from our kitchen, right to your door!

Even if you can’t contribute financially, just spreading the word would be incredibly helpful.
