Fuel Rylee's Journey to the PGA Tour

Hi, my name is Rylee Reinertson, and I’m reaching out for your support as I take one last shot at making my dream of playing professional golf at the highest level a reality.

In 2017, I had the incredible honor of being part of the National Championship team at The University of Oklahoma, and that experience solidified my passion for pursuing golf at the highest level. Since then, I've been working hard to improve my game and play in tournaments, but the financial burden of entry fees, travel expenses, and training has made it difficult to keep pushing forward.

As someone who is deaf and relies on hearing aids, I’ve faced unique challenges along the way. While golf is an individual sport, I’ve had to find ways to adapt and overcome challenges related to communication and staying aware of my surroundings on the course. My hearing aids help, but it’s still an obstacle I face every day. However, my love for the game and my determination to succeed have kept me focused, and I continue to push forward, no matter the challenge.

Over the past few months, I’ve been utilizing my degree by working a full-time accounting job to save money for my golf journey, while also studying for the CPA exam. Balancing both of these has been challenging, but I know that golf is where my heart truly lies. This year, I’ve decided to give it one last shot, I feel in my heart that I'm very close to breaking through, so I owe it to myself to give 110%. With your financial support, I plan to compete in as many tournaments as possible, with the goal of qualifying for the PGA/Korn Ferry Tour at the end of the year. This is my chance to prove to myself—and to others—that I can make it in the professional golf world.

To give my dream the best chance of success, I need financial support to cover entry fees, travel costs, and other expenses related to competing in tournaments. The funds will go directly toward tournament costs, travel, and the Korn Ferry Tour qualifying school at the end of the year.
