The funds from this will go to help Ryder transport his bike and be able to experience this great opportunity to race in front of the entire moto world and Yamaha
Hello, my name is Brandon Horton, and I’m the proud grandfather of a remarkable young boy named Ryder Paul. I’m reaching out to the GoFundMe community with hope in my heart and a deep belief in a dream that Ryder has been chasing since he could walk—to become a professional Supercross champion.
Ryder is only 10 years old, but his love for dirt bikes runs deep in his blood. His father, Andrew Paul, was also passionate about racing and introduced Ryder to dirt bikes before he could even talk. They shared countless hours together riding, practicing, and building a bond that centered around their shared love for the sport.
Ryder began racing competitively at the age of 4 and has never looked back. He practices weekly and races every weekend with a fierce determination and joy that inspires everyone who meets him. He’s not just riding for himself anymore—he’s riding for his dad. Tragically, we lost Andrew in a horrific accident. Though the heartbreak is still fresh, Ryder has turned his pain into purpose by continuing the racing journey they started together.
Earlier this year, Ryder qualified for the 2025 Yamaha Blu Crew Invitational during a major race held at the historic Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino, CA. This is a huge accomplishment and a major step forward in Ryder’s racing career. He has now been officially invited by Yamaha to compete in the Blu Crew Championship this October in Indianapolis!
To compete at this national-level event, Ryder needs to transport both of his bikes from San Bernardino, CA to Crawfordsville, IN, where the race is being held. The cost of bike shipping, travel, food, hotel stays, and transportation for the entire trip adds up quickly—and we can’t do it alone.
We are humbly asking for your help to get Ryder to this incredible opportunity. Whether it’s $5, $50, or simply sharing this with your friends and family—every bit helps. Your support will go directly toward helping Ryder chase the dream he shared with his father and represent our community at a national level.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping Ryder ride for his dad, chase his passion, and race with the heart of a champion.
With deepest gratitude,
Brandon Horton
Proud Grandpa
Any funds that are left over we will pick a name from all the donors and donate the rest to a motocross/dirt bike outdoor racing organization of their choice.
