Let's Fuel Michelle's Adventures!
Michelle Youngquist, the foundation of Idaho's Project Learning Tree, is retiring after sharing her passion for outdoor education and enviornmental literacy for over 30 years. Her efforts have helped countless young people learn how to think about important natural resource issues and find the beauty in their surroundings.
Michelle is one of those rare, wonderful humans that selflessly gives all of herself to a cause. The Idaho Forest Products Commission and Project Learning Tree are better because of her influence. She's a change agent and a seeker of knowledge, who generously shares her insights with others, resulting in a better Idaho. She's deserving of so many honors and accolades and yet, remains so humble.
Her (somewhat secret) post-retirement goal is to travel, no doubt in search of the natural wonders she hasn't yet seen.
Together, we can thank Michelle for her lifelong contributions and positive impact in Idaho. Let's help fuel her adventures!
