Hello! My name is Mia Cain and I am raising money to fund my trip to South Korea for the 2025 IDFPA World Championship.

I started my powerlifting journey in January of this year and took off lifting! I have competed in several meets across the US, including the Master’s Invitational in TN where I earned 1st place and best lifter award, and the Raw National Championship in ATL where I earned a silver medal and pro card! I have spent thousands of dollars this year in travel, hotel, registration fees, equipment, and training, completely self-funded.

Although this is my “rookie” year, I’ve earned my place and moved to the top 1% in the nation and the world of raw drug-free female powerlifters in my weight class and age division.

I intend to continue this journey for many years to come and I appreciate your support.
